You’ll learn by doing, developing your own games using the high-performance kit in our Games Laboratory and software for use on your own PC. Focusing on software development for computer games, we’ll prepare you for a successful career in software engineering and the games industry. You’ll get to develop your programming expertise using C++, maths and problem solving. During the course you’ll study computer graphics, artificial intelligence (AI), game mechanics and effective practical software development. Our students have won the Games Programming award at the Aardvark Swift ‘Search for a Star’ nationwide competition more than any other university. |
