Description:

The three-year Economics program creates an environment where students develop skills and insights to make a positive difference in their lives as well as in the lives of those around them. The delivery of the program has an optimum blending of theories and applications. Students learn various tools for a deep understanding of individual and market behaviour as well as the roles of government in improving economic and societal well-being. By giving individual attention to students, offering up-to-date course curriculum, and high quality instruction, the program promotes critical thinking and the analytical ability of its graduates. Throughout the program, students learn about the role of individuals, organizations, and government and their implications in local, national, and global economies. The program delivery prepares students for employment in banking, securities, financial management, forecasting, and other relevant fields in private organizations, government agencies, and multinational corporations.
