Previous experience of higher education is not a prerequisite but experience within a work environment, paid or unpaid is essential.
You will have gained experience in the management of people and projects within your operational sphere of influence and have negotiated a level of access, organisational autonomy and sponsorship that allows you to make a real world impact.
This programme is for practitioners who are committed to their field of professional practice with the tenacity and initiative to recognise and drive opportunities for innovation in their environment. You are likely to be an experienced practitioner in a position to undertake inquiry, or research and development, with the appropriate agreements and permissions, if needed, from the host environment in which you work and where the inquiry will be located. |
