Today, we hosted our annual President's Fundraising Breakfast for Mental Health in support of the Shaughn O'Brien Mental Health Fund. Today's event featured Shelagh O'Brien, Shaughn's mother; CUE student speakers; live music performed by CUE music students; and many new and rekindled connections between attendees. Thank you to HUB International Canada, George & Bell Consulting, Dana Hospitality, and RBC for their sponsorship of this year's event.

Tune into May's InfoSec Seminar for "Dissecting a Cyber Attack - A walkthrough along the Cyber Kill Chain" featuring Jerbin Joy Kolencheril. Jerbin works as a Lead Cyber Security Engineer at Arctic Wolf Networks and will be analyzing several real-world attack scenarios to uncover the attack's origins and outline measures to mitigate such attacks. The Faculty of Science at Concordia University of Edmonton (CUE) hosted a Science Day for Black students (grades 11 and 12) from Edmonton Catholic Schools. Thank you to Dr Blessing Bassey-Archibong, PhD. (Initiative lead), Ms Angela Campbell & her team (CUE), Mr Alex Rugumyamheto Concordia Student's Association (CSA), Ms Sarah Adomako-Ansah (ECS) (co-lead), and #CUE Science Faculty members for organizing this informative, inspiring and fun science event! The students enjoyed participating in science experiments/demos, a scavenger hunt and a science kahoot quiz!
