The City of Guelph with a population of approximately 113,000 has a wonderfully diverse and rich culture with the university and its students at its core. The University of Guelph-Humber combines the rich academic tradition of the University of Guelph and the professional, training excellence of Humber College Institute of Technology and Advanced Learning by enabling students to earn a university honours degree and a college diploma after four years of full-time study.

Located in Toronto, the University of Guelph-Humber community is comprised of a diverse and vibrant population of approximately 2,210 students who study in 7 undergraduate program areas of Business, Early Childhood, Family and Community Social Services, Justice Studies, Kinesiology, Media Studies, and Psychology. An average class size of less than 45 students and an intimate learning environment provide students with a valuable and unique learning experience. From the design of the specialized labs and study spaces to the creation of its programs and curriculum, the University of Guelph-Humber offers a distinct, new option in higher education.

Guelph has a moderately difficult entrance level, with 59% of applicants being admitted.
