The Fast Track to Western University

Once you’ve decided Western is the right choice for you, we make the application process smooth in several ways.

First, all the information you need about admission to Western is available at our Welcome site:www.welcome.uwo.ca.

Second, the entire application can be handled online by submitting it at the Ontario Universities Application Centre, then by tracking application status on a secure online account that you create with us. In many cases you can submit current or predicted grades online. Later on, you do need to forward final grades and official transcripts by post.

Third, to keep things simple for you, we consider every application for an admissions scholarship – no need to apply! – and we let you know in August the amount of your award.

Last, but not least, our Admissions Office can evaluate applications from any country worldwide.(For candidates presenting two sets of academic credentials, we will make the admissions decision based on your strongest set.)

To get on this fast track, international students should apply early (the end of January 2013). We make a decision on your application as soon as it’s complete, so don’t delay!

New for 2013! Three scholarships worth $50,000 will be awarded to outstanding international students. Interested in applying?
