Promising young chefs from around the world have chosen the Chef School for its unique training programs and premier kitchen facilities in beautiful Southern Ontario. We are the only Culinary Arts School of its kind that offers chef courses from within a real-life fine dining restaurant. We are also the ONLY International Student Program Designated Culinary School in Southern Ontario. You’ll learn from and share the stoves with some of the area’s top chefs!

At the Chef School, we understand that a move to a new country can be intimidating, but we strive to make your transition as smooth and stress-free as possible. Our admissions representatives will make you feel at home and assist you in your transition. Our class sizes are small (10-12 students max) giving your Chef Instructor plenty of time to focus on YOU and ensuring that you won’t get “lost in the crowd”.

When you first arrive, we’ll lead you through an Orientation session where you’ll get to meet your classmates, instructors, and our friendly staff. We’ll help you get settled in by pointing you in the direction of accommodations, healthcare services, shopping malls, cultural centers and places of worship.
