International students who are studying full-time are allowed to work off campus for up to 20 hours per week during regular academic sessions and full-time during scheduled breaks. Not only does the extra income help to pay the bills, more importantly it gives you invaluable work experience, which can assist you to secure your first job after you graduate. Our Student Career Centre assists students with all elements of their job search from resume and cover letter writing to interview skills and best practices. Not only that, the Student Career Centre keeps a list of current internal and external job postings for students to take advantage of.
