Conestoga is now accepting applications for the full-time, tuition-free Women in Skilled Trades (WIST) General Carpenter Pre-Apprenticeship Accelerated program beginning in January 2025.

Eligible candidates must

  • identify as a woman or non-binary person
  • be 16 years of age or over, with an Ontario Secondary School Diploma (OSSD) or General Education Development (GED) equivalent
  • be a resident of, and able to work in Ontario and be proficient in English
  • be a Canadian citizen, permanent resident or refugee.
