The Dental/Medical Administrative Assistant Program provides students with the opportunity to develop skills in both the dental and medical administration fields, thus increasing their employment opportunities. Along with dental and medical administration, students will develop the business, technology and communication expertise needed to work in a professional dental environment, private physician’s office, clinic, hospital or nursing home. Emphasis is placed on dental and medical terminology, dental and medical office procedures, charting, body systems and transcription.
