Enhance your skills! This program provides health care graduates or practitioners with business and fundamental leadership skills including communication, critical thinking, leadership, and financial management skills. This program is designed to support Indigenous communities by preparing future health practitioners to increase their capacity to deliver services, coordinate programs and promote the health of the community. Graduates will be able to integrate patient and family care theories into current practices that are responsive to Indigenous populations in rural, urban and First Nation communities. |
