Adler University’s Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership program trains students to influence and revitalize domestic and international organizations as a scholar, practitioner, and entrepreneur.
Students will learn how to appraise, understand, and lead an organization – including how to build effective teams and how to motivate people to meet an organization’s goals. You’ll develop skills in research, data, and analytics to help make informed, strategic, and ethical decisions for both an organization and its societal initiatives. Additionally, the program emphasizes innovation in leadership and how it can help develop employees, policies, and systems that foster more agile, ethical, and resilient organizations. This 36-hour program includes 21 hours of core coursework and 9 hours of electives, and is designed to be completed in two years. |
