Through the program, you'll receive a solid foundation in the liberal arts as well as the pharmaceutical and life sciences. You'll be able to delve deeply into subjects that interest you, such as immunology, genetics, molecular biology, and data science, and communicate effectively with your peers and collaborators.
Starting your first year, you'll begin laboratory training, and throughout your four years at ONU you'll spend extensive time conducting experiments. Your research training with outstanding ONU professors may lead to presenting data at scientific conferences or co-authoring papers. You'll also intern for an entire semester with a pharmaceutical or biomedical company.
Here, you'll enjoy small class sizes and one-on-one attention. Ohio Northern professors, staff, and alumni will get to know you on a personal level. They'll go above and beyond to ensure your academic and professional success. |
