In today's competitive job market, recruiters and talent hunters play a vital role. As new jobs emerge, and younger generations of professionals join the workforce with different sets of skills than the ones before them, companies are dependent on talented HR professionals to help them achieve their growth goals.
With IU's MBA with a specialisation in Human Resource Management, you'll be at a great starting to land an HR position in the world's leading companies. With the ideal mix of business and HR expertise you'll develop during your studies, you'll know how to use soft skills with more traditional business administration responsibilities. |
