Description:

This five-year program leads to a Bachelor of Arts in Dance from the Faculty of Arts and a Bachelor of Education from the Werklund School of Education. A minimum of 150 units must be successfully completed.

Intensive studio training and inspired intellectual inquiry. Combine rigour with experimentation, discipline with creativity, and reflection with passion.

As a Dance graduate, you will be prepared for career opportunities in such areas as dance performance, choreography, dance teaching, dance administration, and dance science.

An Arts degree can also be used as a stepping-stone to graduate studies or other professional degrees in such areas as law, medicine, education, architecture, journalism, arts administration, business, or environmental design.
