The Entrepreneurship major is offered to students interested in creating and leading their own entrepreneurial venture. Entrepreneurship graduates will have a broad-based knowledge of management with a focus on the opportunities and challenges of entrepreneurship. A variety of courses are offered including creative idea generation, small business management, lean venture creation, and entrepreneurial finance. Students in the Entrepreneurship major are required to successfully participate in the FBIT incubator or complete an internship in an entrepreneurial start-up. This integrative experiential learning component supports graduates allowing them to put theory into practice. |
