The MSc Professional Practice in Healthcare (Research and Enterprise) pathway has a strong emphasis on the evaluation and development of both professional practice and research, and encourages participants to reflect critically on workplace experiences and learning in order to develop knowledge and skills in leadership and management in healthcare. The course aims to provide a clear framework, which supports continuing professional development, recognition of prior learning, and work based learning for enhancing knowledge of research and enterprise within a healthcare context.
