This unique course offers a critical and insightful introduction to the fascinating world of international business and commercial law together with an experience in leadership and strategic management. Taught by industry experts and designed to take into consideration recent global affairs, the programme aims to provide you with a foundation in International Public and Private Law. It then focuses on International Commercial Law, International Trade Law, Law and Ethics in International Business and Corporate, Research Methods, Global Leadership Challenges: Entrepreneurship and Intrapreneurship, Strategic Management and any one of the following three modules, Dissertation, Work Placement or Clinical Legal Education. We welcome graduates from all disciplines wanting to further or acquire new practical legal, leadership, and managerial skills. It provides you with a route for progression whether in academia or in practice. |
