The MSc Sound and Music Production is an innovation-led course that enables students to develop high-level skills and knowledge across a range of production practices, recognising the essential role that music and sound plays in the creative industries. With an emphasis on employability and freelance working in both the UK and international Music and Sound sectors, students work on music production, advanced recording and mixing techniques, immersive and spatial audio technologies, and composition and sound design for games, film and media. The course concludes with a final production project that enables students to specialise in their chosen area of practice, and to develop routes into industry and employment.
