A graduate from MSc Workplace Diversity in Sport will be tomorrow’s change leader, who is culturally aware and technologically literate. The course will be unique in its approach to recognising the need for emotional intelligence to support the development of individuals from marginalised groups within the workforce.
This is an exciting and innovative course of study that will incorporate an analysis of cultural diversity, high performing teams, social psychology and data analytics. Assignments will prepare graduates for Industry 4.0 and the rapid change in technology and societal patterns due to increased global interconnectivity. Each module will aim to scaffold learning towards an applied research project where application of theory and the development of professional management skills becomes standard practice. This course has been developed for part-time study over two years in order for student's workplace experience to feed into their studies, and vice-versa. However a one-year full-time option is also available. |

English Language: IELTS 6.0 with a minimum of 6.0 in writing and speaking; minimum 5.5 in reading and listening (or recognised equivalent). Other Accepted Qualifications: 2:2 or above in a sports-related or business management subject. Mature Students: Can demonstrate their enthusiasm and commitment to study and have the relevant life/work experience that equips them to succeed on the course. Assessed via application, personal statement and interview on a case by case basis. |
