The Postgraduate Certificate in Translation Technology gives a valuable Continuing Professional Development opportunity to practising translators wishing to gain or update translation technology skills. Through in-depth group work and individual study you obtain hands-on experience of industry standard computer-assisted translation, machine translation, software localisation and terminology management tools. This full-time only course contains 60 credits (30 ECTS) taken over two semesters. |

The typical entry requirement is 2.1 degree in Translation, a Language or a related subject, or overseas equivalent. As an alternative, we can consider relevant professional experience. For applicants whose first language is not English, we require IELTS 6.5 overall (with a minimum of 5.5 in each component) or equivalent English test.
