Description:

The Massage Therapy certificate program at Northeast College prepares students to pass the New York State Massage Therapy Examination for licensure and pursue a broad range of professional experiences. Our curriculum offers a diverse core of massage techniques and modalities, coupled with rich coursework in science and anatomy, professional and career foundations, and hands-on practicum experience. Students earn a non-credit certificate over the span of 5 trimesters (1.5 years) attending part-time on weekends, on Northeast College's Seneca Falls, N.Y., healthcare-focused campus.

  • Earn a non-credit Massage Therapy certificate over the span of 5 trimesters (1.5 years) attending part-time, on weekends, right in the Finger Lakes.
  • Study varied modalities and techniques like Eastern and Western massage therapy, and techniques including Swedish massage, Shiatsu, myofascial work, prenatal massage, sports and chair massage, reflexology, orthopedic, and massage for people living with cancer.
