Experimentation is a key word in Tyndale’s four-year BA Media Arts - Fine Arts program. Courses in Animation, Motion Graphics and VFX Storytelling, and The History and Practice of Experimental Media take students through a variety of different techniques and approaches to creating animations, graphics, film and media, and allow you to explore various approaches to media art and even push new boundaries of your own. Even a survey course like Documentary Filmmaking, which looks at ethical approaches to documenting stories, among other topics, gives you the opportunity to make a documentary of your own.
Students work with charities and non-profit organizations in their third and fourth years, creating media for clients, learning professional etiquette, and making contacts for employment after graduation. |
