The Physiotherapy and Occupational Therapy Assistant program is a 44-week diploma course registered under the Ministry of Training, Colleges and Universities. Health Writing Skills and Computers in Health Care are included as courses of the program to offer graduates the flexibility of working alongside therapists and/or handling reception duties.
Graduates will find that the majority of positions exist in public and private clinics and hospitals. They may also find job opportunities in home care and long-term care facilities, sales, teaching, and fitness clubs. |
