Child and youth care practitioners provide support and understanding to young people and their families. This six-consecutive-semester program teaches you to engage with children, youth and families in their everyday lives to promote optimal development and facilitate positive changes by using the principles of relational practice. Admission requirements are as follows: Ontario Secondary School Diploma (OSSD) or Mature Student Status, Grade 12 English (C or U) (minimum 60 per cent). |
