The executive-style MHRM is designed to provide professional HRM specialists with the skills and credentials necessary to become senior-level professionals. Offered on a full-time or part-time basis, the MHRM program was developed to work around a busy schedule. Explore issues such as organizational change and development, labour relations, strategic compensation, international HR, and the impact of HR policies, practices and programs on employee and organizational performance. In addition to classroom seminars, you will have the option of rounding out your studies with an independent research paper developed under the guidance of one of our world-class professors. The program will help you acquire the competencies, recognition and status that a graduate degree brings, and prepare you to take on a leadership role in this expanding and exciting field.

Applicants must have an undergraduate honours* (i.e., four-year) degree from a recognized university, with a minimum B+ average in the last two years of study. Preference is given to applicants with an undergraduate honours degree in human resource management, business/commerce, administrative studies, psychology, labour studies, or sociology. |
