The Bachelor of Commerce degree with a major in Computing and Information Systems was designed in response to industry calls for business-savvy professionals who possess both theoretical and practical understanding of all five information systems components: hardware, software, data, processes, and users.
A major in Computing and Information Systems at the Sobey School of Business provides you with an in-depth understanding of applications of computer technology to the ever-changing world of business. The major will build your knowledge in key business functions, with an emphasis on preparing you to organize, manage, enhance, and exploit computerized information resources and electronic data networks.
