Description:

From years of teaching, instructional research, and student feedback we have composed a curriculum and kitchen setting that allows its instructors and students to maximize their efforts and results. The most important quality you will need leaving school and entering the industry, and pursuing your eventual goal is confidence. Thus we have created a 15-week culinary program that stimulates the intensity, pace, commitment, and work ethic demanded in the industry.
