This program tackles the difficult area of managing employee work performance with clear and practical approaches in relation to four key areas: employee evaluation, coaching, performance appraisal, and positive discipline. The primary focus of this module is on the process, and interpersonal skills and techniques needed to provide objective and constructive feedback on individual performance. Obtaining employee commitment to improving work performance and attaining objectives and standards are seen as a critical part of managing.
