Hiring the right candidate is a critical element of the hospitality manager's role. This program clearly identifies the major components of the interviewing and selection process. The major focus is on the considerations of hiring, and the framework and skills of interviewing. The importance of asking for specific job-related experience in behavioural terms are covered in detail. Participants will also have the opportunity to apply these skills in role-play with candidates while being filmed. The primary goal of this program is to train participants to select potential employees based upon the application of objective criteria.
