Time management draws attention to one of the supervisor and manager's most valuable resource – time. Participants will learn a simple format of listing tasks, establishing priorities, and working in a logical time-effective manner. Time management techniques take participants through both the theoretical and realistic application of time management in order to ensure that they maximize the effective use of time.
