This course provides instruction on the creation, management, and use of a data base in order to produce correspondence, labels, lists, business forms, and tables. Emphasis is placed on the planning and design of data bases in order to meet various business requirements and to use merge features effectively. Issues of file security, records systems, and records management are included in the student's Reference Guide. |
