This course provides an opportunity to refine all interpersonal skills and all competencies related to the use of computers and software in order to efficiently produce all types of business documents. Emphasis is placed on the management of resources, time, and personnel, as well as on using decision making, problem solving, and good supervision techniques in order to facilitate all aspects of office work. Projects are produced individually and in team situations. The final version of the Reference Guide and the Student Portfolio of sample business documents are compendiums that reflect expertise in the field of office management and secretarial skills.
