The Dental Assisting Level I & Office Administration course will prepare the graduate to assist the dentist in all dental procedures in a general practice or a specialist setting.
State of the art facilities give the students plenty of practice in real situations with real dental chairs. The program includes field training in a dental office as well as extensive practical experience with experienced instructors. Training includes taking x- rays and sterilization, as well as an office administrative overview to give the individual well rounded knowledge of all the functions of a modern dental office.
The course is intensive and thorough, dealing with biology, anatomy, nutrition, microbiology as well as pharmacology and other related sciences. Well-trained dental assistants are always in demand. Avenues of advancement are available through taking the Dental Assisting Level II course. |
