Program objectives in Hairdressing include enabling students to carry out routine tasks, such as cutting, shampooing, styling and colouring. Students learn to analyze scalp and hair conditions with a view to advising the client. Colouring hair has been expanded to include colour corrections and pastel colouring. An additional 120 hours have been allocated for creative colouring. In addition to hairdressing skills, the program offers classes in business practices, including reception, sales and communication. Students have the opportunity to attend professional training seminars. |
