This program aims to help students determine their suitability for the occupation and the training process, adopt a customer-oriented approach, prepare the mise en place and dining room, explain menus and dishes, take and process orders, receive and provide information in French, perform billing and collection operations, recommend and serve wines, provide beverage service, provide banquet service, provide informal service, provide formal service, and to integrate into the workplace.
The next Restaurant Services course starts August 28, 2008 and runs from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Monday to Friday. It ends April 2009. |
