FoodSafe is intended for personnel who handle and serve food to the public: in restaurants, hospitals, nursing homes, catering, farmers' markets, community organizations, etc. Successful completion of this training program fulfills the Saskatchewan regulations requiring staff in public eating establishments to be qualified in food service sanitation. |
