DeGroote’s co-op option is the leading program of its kind in Canada, offering an established history (since 1973), a strong employer network (including some of Canada’s leading companies), and proven results (on average over the last three years, 86% of co-op graduates were employed six months after completing the program). Put yourself ahead of the competition by entering the work force with solid experience. This program is for you if you are a recent graduate with little or no work experience, or if you are interested in changing directions in your career and want to gain experience in a new field. As a co-op student, you will receive intensive career development assistance through DeGroote’s Centre for Business Career Development (CBCD). One-on-one coaching and skills development programs will prepare you for high-level co-op positions and career success when you graduate.
