The MSc Course-based option in the Rehabilitation Science Program provides training to physiotherapists, occupational therapists and other health professionals who want to obtain a master’s degree relevant to their practice. This program provides flexibility for working clinicians at a distance to complete the program entirely online and on a part-time basis. Students also have the option to take on-campus courses. Courses emphasize evidence-based practice, clinical measurement/evaluation, critical thinking and application of knowledge to practice.

Degrees and grades from foreign universities are evaluated for their equivalency to a McMaster University four (4) year undergraduate degree. Prospective applicants who do not hold a four (4) year undergraduate degree, but who have several years of work experience that is relevant to the program, should discuss their situation with the Program Coordinator. Additional courses may be required under these circumstances. Evidence of ability to do graduate work will still be required. |
