These courses are intended as guidelines. Speak to your guidance counsellor to see what courses are offered at your school. Applicants will usually hold a baccalaureate and master’s degree in Nursing. Master’s degrees in other disciplines will be considered but students may be required to take additional courses to acquire the necessary grounding in nursing knowledge development. Applicants will be expected to have achieved a minimum Grade Point Average (GPA) of 7 (or equivalent) on the UVic scale of 9 in their master’s program although students who have achieved a GPA of less than 7 and have appropriate work experience and additional credentials may be considered. |
