Description:

Climate change? Try climate emergency. The science and politics of climate are controversial and they’re only part of what you’ll study in Geography and Environment. Our Urban Development program explicitly examines the development of urban areas and how they affect the physical environment. Geographers study this using a variety of techniques, including remote sensing, and help developers get eco-conscious planning applications through the municipality.
