From concerts to hospitals, safety and security plays a crucial role in diverse industries like mining, education, casino, energy, retail, medical, residential, and entertainment. You’ll learn to communicate effectively with different types of people in situations of both conflict and calm and manage the movement of people and vehicles.
Explore how to conduct patrols and investigations, utilize security equipment, collect evidence, take notes, and make arrests. As a graduate, you’ll be able to walk off the campus and into a job armed with additional credentials in non-violent crisis intervention, suicide intervention, and mental health first aid. |
