Pharmaceutical Chemistry is a specialization in our Chemistry program. Individuals interested in this specialization will apply directly to Pharmaceutical Chemistry through the Ontario Universities' Application Centre using application code DSW. Pharmaceutical Chemistry combines the study of drug discovery and development, pharmacology, analytical techniques, and drug chemistry. The chemical design process and evaluation of potential future medications will be a prime focus of your studies. You will apply knowledge gained from course material, hands-on lab experiences and faculty research to the pharmaceutical industry. |

- Grade12 Advanced Functions
- 2 of Grade12 Calculus and Vectors or Grade12 Biology or Grade12 Chemistry or Grade12 Physics
n addition, a combined minimum 70 per cent average in prerequisite math and science courses is required. It is recommended that all four of MCV4U, SBI4U, SCH4U and SPH4U be taken. |
