The Civil Engineering Technology advanced diploma program is a three-year co-op program that focuses on the design and construction of various types of Civil Engineering projects such as buildings, roads, bridges, tunnels, heavy industrial, rail and transit, storm, sanitary and water systems. Students learn the theoretical aspects of various construction technologies in the lecture classes and then work hands-on with actual project drawing sets in the labs. This program also teaches BIM (Building Information Modelling) as well as CIM (Civil Information Modelling) through the use of the latest industry-standard software. |
