The goal and objective of this program is for graduates to become certified Payroll Practitioners and qualified Accounting Clerks, Payroll Clerks, and Bookkeeping Professionals. This program is designed to equip the students with the principles of accounting including posting, payroll preparation, CCRA deductions, employee benefits, and spreadsheets. Hands-on training will also be provided in the key areas of financial accounting and various computerized accounting systems.
Graduates of the Computerized Accounting and Canadian Payroll diploma program will have the skills and education to compete with graduates of other Toronto colleges and universities for prime employment positions.
