| A history major is excellent preparation for professional post-graduate training in business and law schools, and for education, law, and public administration. The program requires that students take courses in America, European, and World History. The History Education curriculum is directly aligned with the Michigan State Board of Education’s 2001 Standards and Benchmarks for History and reflects substantial coordination between the Departments of History and Teacher Education. |
