Description:

Sprott-Shaw Community College is proud to be a delivery partner of the FITTskills Program (Forum for International Trade Training). The FITTskills program focuses on the practical aspects of international business, including logistics, nation-to-nation marketing opportunities, trade finance, market entry strategies and international management techniques. All FITTskills courses meet the standards of international business and trade training as prescribed by the International Association of Trade Training Organizations (IATTO).

Successful completion of all FITT skills courses provides the student with an FITT Diploma, accredited by IATTO, and satisfies the educational requirement for the CITP (Certified International Trade Professional) designation. This program includes a practicum placement. This experience within a workplace enables Instructional staff to observe the student in a practice situation while providing the student with the opportunity to gain direct exposure to the chosen career field.
