The Medical Office Administration Program will expand the student's practical and theoretical knowledge in the areas of general office administration. The courseware will prepare the student to handle all the day to day workings of a fast-paced business environment. The student will learn the most up-to-date computer software, business communications, workplace ethics, general office procedures, accounting both manual and computerized, and file management. As well the student will take courses in Medical Office Management, Clinical Hospital Procedures, Medical Terminology, Medical Transcription and Medical Software. The core subjects are designed to allow students to progress through the Medical Office Administration program on an individual basis in a supervised classroom environment under the direction of a qualified instructor. |
