This combination offers students the opportunity to study for a law degree while also having the chance to develop a deeper understanding about the causes and consequences of crime.

The LLB (Hons) Law and Criminology degree is concerned with the rules by which society is organised, how they can be changed, and what happens when they are broken. It is designed to appeal to students with excellent problem-solving abilities who enjoy debating and critiquing. Criminology is an interdisciplinary field that draws on sociology, anthropology, psychology, and the law, and the course is designed to provide students with the opportunity to graduate prepared for a diverse range of careers.
