At Sussex, you’re taught by today’s leading chemists, whose research is making world-changing impact in many areas, including renewable energy, drug design and cancer, and making the world’s tiniest magnets.
You’ll focus on core modules during the first two years. In Year 3, you’ll choose from a range of options, allowing you to tailor your degree to your interests. You can study, for example: the structure of drug molecules and designing potential new, improved medicines; quantum chemical methods; and the principles of lasers and their application. |
These courses are intended as guidelines. Speak to your guidance counsellor to see what courses are offered at your school. Applicants are required to have an Ontario Secondary School Diploma (OSSD) 75% from 6 grade 12 U, U/C or M courses.
